Enquiries sent through this site
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, and message, and optionally your phone number and organisation. It also records which of the three Avain sites you sent it from.
Submissions are delivered by email to info@avainnam.com and stored in the form records of Netlify, the service that hosts this site. We use them to answer your enquiry and to follow up on it. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list from a form submission.
To have an enquiry and its stored copy deleted, email info@avainnam.com and ask. We will confirm once it is done.
What the site collects on its own
Nothing. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking cookie on any of the four Avain sites. Our host keeps standard server access logs, which include IP addresses, for security and diagnostics.

The text, images, marks, and page designs on this site belong to Avain. You are welcome to quote or link to them with attribution. Reproducing them as your own is not permitted.
Descriptions of what we do are accurate at the date above but are not an offer or a quotation. Prices, lead times, and capacity are confirmed in writing for each piece of work.
